cold roomunresponsive staff
Honestly, i was pretty bummed out by the lack of basic upkeep. the room was colder than a morgue. Someone had left a window wide open. i tried calling the bistro for help, but they were too busy to bother. it seemed like nobody cared whether i froze to death or not, so i just piled on extra blankets and shivered the whole night.

The location near the sea offered a calm environment. The building displays excellent restoration of its original Georgian features. My Super King Room was spacious with pleasing furnishings. The bed featured comfortable crisp white sheets.
The restaurant staff also manages the hotel across a green. They were a bit frosty.

The room had all the amenities I required. I found the location very convenient. The staff were friendly. The easy parking was a plus! The breakfast was excellent the next day.
There was a bit of a delay getting food from the bistro one evening. We had cocktails, so i was happy!

The accommodation is located away from the city centre in Royal William Yard, a modernised area. I appreciate this location in a historic building close to various restaurants within the base.

Parking was included. The back garden was huge. The fridge was a bonus. i saw a regular bus service to the city centre at the yard entrance.

The breakfast at Pierre's Bistro was included. There was a good range of choices at breakfast. I noticed good service in the restaurant and Bistrot Pierre.

The room had quality finishes. The bedding was gorgeous. The ensuite WAS beautiful! I liked the room, and it had all amenities.

Restaurant staff recommended an excellent local taxi service, Taxi First. House keeping staff WAS friendly. I'm grateful for the friendly and cute staff in the restaurant.
